Bottle from Bierkoning, Amsterdam. Aroma is soft wheaty malt, citrus, spicy yeast, floral-ish, spicy notes, melon. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter. Body is medium. Pleasant juicy and floral/spicy Saison.

[ As Brew By Numbers 01/17 Saison - Enigma & Nelson ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat - spelt, moderate yeasty, witbier yeast, light spicy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, wheat - spelt, sweet malt, witbier yeast, yeast - hop bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20160730] 7-3-7-3-14

Bottle. Hazy orange color with white head. Aroma is grapey-hoppy, lightly peppery. Taste is spicy-peppery, doughy, quite some grassy and grapey hops as well, maybe even melons. Spicy and juicy finish, despite the dryness. Medium carbonation, silky mouthfeel. Very good!

330ml bottle from Beermerchants. Bottled 20/05/16. Pours clear yellowish golden with a small white head. Aroma of grainy malts, wheaty yeastiness, farmyard, spices, ripe fruits and grass. Taste is fruity, slightly tropical and citrusy with some farmyard, spices, grass, grainy malts and yeast. Finish is sweetish, citrusy, yeasty and fruity with some spices, farmyard and ripe fruity notes. Okay, quite citrusy saison.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - pours gold with a white head. Fruity and malty with some floral hoppy notes, straw, some lemon zest, light citric spice into the finish.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of lemons, spices, yeast, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, hops, wheat, barley, and spices, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Bottle at home, 08/10/16. Golden orange with a well appointed off White head. Nose is papaya, straw, clove, yeast esters, lemon tinged straw, soft bread, apricot. Taste comprises fleshy citric fruits, straw, tangerine, candyfloss, pineapple chunks on the turn, light yeast strains, sticky tropicana. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, juicy hop licks in a semi drying close. Solid hopped up saison.

Draft at at Ale&Hop, RBESG 2016. Near clear golden with a white head. Aroma of peppery saison yeast, herbal notes and citrus. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation. [08-07-2016]

330ml bottle. Cloudy, yellow-ish golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly yeasty spicy, fruity, and herbal hoppy aroma, notes of pear, quince, nectarine, grapes, a slightly peppery and dusty touch, allusions to dill and peppercress, cautious grainy (spelt) background. Taste is tart-ish, dry, yeasty spicy, fruity, and slightly bitter hoppy, slightly sweet fruitiness with notes of pear, nectarine, quince, grapes, slightly peppery and minimally dusty yeasty spiciness; lasting bitter hoppy finish. Refreshing, very drinkable, nice.

Bottle from Clink Beer; cloudy orange pour with a thin bubbly off white head, aroma has hint of lemon and some yeast, taste has citrus, some spice, mown grass, hint of grapefruit.
