Swiss Peaks is our tribute to everyone’s favourite mountainous chocolate. This decadent imperial stout combines a layered bill of chocolate, pale and amber malts with smooth oats, cacao nibs and a touch of soft honey. It finishes with a gentle dusting of almond flavours, like fresh snow settling on a Swiss alpine peak.

Can at home. Pours black, nose is chocolate, almond, honey, caramel, taste is loads of honey, sweet toffee, chocolate, creamy, almond. 8/9/9/8/8

Draught @ Ya Bard, Stratford Upon Avon. Pours black, sparse off-white sheet atop that starts to dissipate. Decadent beginnings.. smooth, full bodied with a rich chocolate profile, would've went well with a toblerone but doesn't actually taste of toblerone whatsoever.. no honey, no almond very chocolate heavy.. marked down for this, but otherwise quite nice.

Can that Baz picked up from Hereford Beer House, consumed and shared with Baz at Jude and Baz's Saturday 28th February 2026, cheers Baz! We're listening to Craig Charles Funk and Soul Show on 6Music. Pours pitch black with a filmy light beige head, . aroma is chocolate, fudge, honey taste is similar but wish, woah, this is unbelievably sweet, struggled with it. Score 6.5

Can from Eltham Wines. Rich sweet aromas of honey, raspberry jam, chocolate digestive, nuts. Taste is pretty much all of the above with some light coffee notes.. Nutty sweet with sackloads of alcohol heat.Does challenge the tooth enamel somewhat but most enjoyable nonetheless.

Nose is chocolate, nutty, almond, dark malts, light spice.
Taste comprises cacao nibs, honeycomb, spice, dark malts, nutty, booze.
Full bodied, light oily feel, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Tidy pastry.

330ml can. Pours jet black with a small head. Aroma is sweet honey, milk chocolate and almond. Taste is sweet roast and milk chocolate throughout, with honey and almond on the finish. Warming booze.

Can. Pretty much a clear deep amber brown beer, small bubbly pale tan head. Smooth and slightly viscous palate, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Big ice cream van chocolate syrup. Some sort but genuine vanilla. Plenty of honey. Nuts, maybe a little. Hangs together well. Some ripe banana tomes from somewhere on the fairly light finish. Amusing for sure and pretty drinkable all things considered.
