300ml bottle, served chilled. Crystal clear and colourless. Slightly sweet aroma, melon, alcohol. Taste also has a very light sweetness, notes of melon or lychee, light alcohol burn, very dry finish. Very nice.

Bottle, Wegmans. Off water color (hint of some tine in there), no bubbles. Nose is rice, hint of coconut, hint of fruit. Smells very dry. Flavor is lightly sweet rice, coconut, light fruitiness. A bit boozy, dry. Not bad.

Clear pale watery to slightly yellowish sake. Aroma: smells like very concentrated urine or fish sauce when you are smelling the bottle, in the glass it's more cheesy, grains, alcohol, cow fodder, yeast, little funky, more alcohol, bit nutty. MF: light body, watery texture. Taste: bit yeasty, little bitter, white bread, alcohol notes. Aftertaste: bit funky, cheese rinds, little bitter, alcohol, pretty weird.

In parallel. Drunk cold and hot (the recommended temperatures). Drunk cold: the nose tastes of rice as the dominant aroma and koji, melon and gin as secondary aromas. The transparency is total and crystalline. The olfactory intensity is high, and the olfactory persistence is sufficient. The body is structured. The aroma on the tongue is rather dry. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of decisive and characterful sake. The gustatory intensity is high, and the gustatory persistence is good. The taste is very pleasant. The finish is silky and complex. The aroma in the mouth brings back hints of rice, koji, melon, whisky and gin. Plus. Drunk hot. (My vote 6.2/10) The nose taste is directed towards vanilla and smoke. The olfactory intensity is normal, and the olfactory persistence is sufficient. The body is full. The taste intensity is normal, and the taste persistence is sufficient. The taste is pleasant. The aftertaste is of medium intensity. The aroma in the mouth ends with hints of melon and smoke.

Bottle, from trade with fonefan. A clear one, with a faint yellow body. Green bananas, petroleum, alcohol and some rice in the aroma. Cheesy. It’s quite boozy, oily and thin bodied, with rice, cheese and some petroleum. Lasting cheesy and petroleum-ish finish with alcohol and booze. Not very good this one, close to drainpour. 150411

Bottle at home late Sunday evening. Pours of clear water. Nose is pleasant melon and candy. Tastes of melon, white chocolate, vanilla, almonds, sticky rice, and alcohol. Creamy and oily palate. Lingering medical alcohol taste.
