Frosted green bottle (300ml); pours milky, nutty hints for me, all a bit weird really. Drank on 30th January 2022 at my daughters in Laguna Hills.

Drank cold (recommended temperature). The olfactory intensity is faint, and the olfactory persistence is considerable. The appearance of the liquid is opalescent. The body is round, with a creamy structure. The aroma on the tongue is very sweet. The acidity is pleasantly medium. The gustatory intensity is high, and the gustatory persistence is good. The taste is pleasant. The finish is astringent, long and simple. The aftertaste is of medium intensity. On the palate hints of yogurt and coconut.

Danke an Colin. Mild hefig alkoholischer Antrunk. Deutlich hefiger Antrunk, so trüb, dass sich die Trübung im wahrsten Sinne auf den Zähnen absetzt. Sehr süffig, mild fruchtig, Noten von Banane, etwas Mango. Sehr interessant! 10/9/10/9/13/9

210ml green tinged ECO cup from Japan Centre online. Pours a milky white colour with no head and aroma of rice, light citric. Taste is rice, coconut milk, sweetish, pineapple, citrus, with hints of glue, paper, alcohol. Creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry sweetish finish. Quite OK.

Sampled from bottle @ ZZT VI. Hmm...this is really weird...it looks like glue...no head...aroma has sweetness and weirdness...can’t describe the taste at all...very weird and sweet. Fun to taste once but no, I don’t think I’ll drink this more often.

Bottle from Japan-center London. Milky cloudy colour. Unpleasent. Light almond aroma and flavor. Average finish. Watery palate. Not good.

Unclear milky white. Aroma is sweet, cooked rice and alcohol. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. It’s like having chalk in your mouth. 140412

Bottle, like the one in the pic, found at a Thai (!!) store in Leuven, Belgium (?!), shared with the Croatian crew. Looks like soymilk. Dry nose, like slightly fake banana, or banana shake maybe, but dry. Some rice too. Powdery mouthfeel, sweet taste. Some rice, milky, some banana. Interesting and I liked it!

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Milky-white, lumpy body. The has a pleasant touch of rice and fruits, quite weak. Sweet in the mouth, rice-ish and quite fruity. Medium body, the mouth is covered with small rice bits. Tasteful, but not very pleasant to drink. Nigori is nice, but this one’s too lumpy. 110129

Bottle at fonefan tasting. No head. Color is milky white. Aroma and taste are rice, alcohol and has a dry finish. Quite odd.
