Bottle at Ante, Newtown. Clear pale yellow colour, no head and aroma of rice, melon, fruit. Taste is sweetish, fruity, rice, melon, earthy, with hint of booze. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying boozy fruity finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle shared thanks to jinroh, thanks! Clear golden with no head. Hazelnuts, alcohol, burnt bread, lots of oxidized notes, sweet rice. Some plums, overripe fruits, sherry. Light sour and sweet with some light bitter alcohol. Light bodied and flat. Oh wow this is not bad for a sake!

Drank cold (recommended temperature). The taste on the nose - dominant aroma ends up on rice. The taste on the nose - secondary aromas recognize pear, apple and almond. The olfactory intensity is high, and the olfactory persistence is sufficient. The appearance of the liquid is colorless. The body is round. The aroma on the tongue is strongly sweet. The taste intensity normal and the taste persistence is sufficient. The taste is pleasant. The finish is thirst-quenching and simple. The aftertaste is of medium intensity. In the mouth the aroma brings hints of pear and apple.
