Keg at the 4th Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Session 2, 01/05/2015. Black with a moderate tan covering. Nose is chocolate, vanilla, spice, wooded notes, rich dark fruit. Taste comprises rich chocolate, toffee fudge, vanilla, spice, sweet, sherry notes. MEdium + bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent impy.

Tap@CBC 2015, Blue Session - black pour with tan head. Dark roasted malty aroma and taste with coffee, chocolate, caramel, vanilla, roasted finish. Nice.

Tap at CBC 2015. Poured a deep mahogany with a bubbly tan head. The aroma is roasted malt, vanilla, light coffee. The flavour is big sweet with a rich oily sweet saccharin palate. Full bodied with flat carbonation.

From tap. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted malty and caramelish. Sweet, fruity and caramelish. Toasted malty. Vanilla and fruity. Lingering sweet malty.

[5/1/15] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015. 2nd session. Black with a tan head. Aroma of chocolate, licorice, wood, vanilla, wine. Bittersweet flavor with chocolate, licorice and wine. Full-bodied.

CBC Blue Session. Keg. Almost opaque dark brown beer, small cream colour head. Rich chocolate malts, little coffee. Paint like esters. Spice. Modest sherry and rich fruits. Light finish. Nice enough, quite sweet.

Tap @CBC15. Nearly black, no head. Cocoa and coconut aroma. Similar flavor, big and solid bitterness. Thick and sticky mouthfeel.

Sample at CBC 2015. Black with a minimal head. Nice aroma and taste of bourbon, vanilla, roasted malt, chocolate and some dark fruit. Full body and with low carbonation. The finish was long.

Tap at CBC 2015. Pours near black with a ring brown head. Aroma of vanilla, bourbon, wood, fudge, cacao, milk chocolate, light roast. Flavour is heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.
