12 oz bottle. Clear, pale golden body with practically no head and “champagne style carbonation”. Nice fruity aroma of both fresh apples and pears with a hint of yeast. Flavor is medium sweet, mild apple and smooth pear with a faint touch of yeast. Medium body and fruity aftertaste that feels both sweet and tart with a slightly fruity acidic finish. Quite straight forward, easy to drink, not complex thirst quencher.

Draft at Stags head. It was on happy hour special as it always is and decided finally to get a perry rate. pours dull flat water like. nose of sweet pears. tastes of pears and apples, light forest, and some artificial sweeteners that unfortunately linger. crisp enough.

Plastic cup @ New Amsterdam Market.
Faint, pale gold color. Slight haze. Slight fizzle.
Smell is water-logged pear perfume & yeast.
Taste is Bartlett pear juice, apple tartness, some simple syrup, & yeast. A bit empty. Haven’t had one of these in a few years. Definitely no where as sweet or full as I remember it being.
Thin. Noticeable sulfites. Carbonation could of been stronger. Alcohol was a little upfront.
Their pear brandy still drinks pretty well though.

Not as good as the Fox Barrel that I had a few minutes prior. Sweet pear and sugar flavor with just a little yeast. On the dry side for a perry, but still a sweet beverage.
