Gyllenbrun med lyst beige skum. Lukter malt, og noe krydder. Maltpreget i smak. Sødme i munfølelse. Karamell og litt krydderier 🙂.

Bottle at home in Hackney - can’t recall where I got it. Vintage c. 2016. Enjoyed this much more than expected. Pours clear ruby with a receding, foamy off-white head. Medium sweet flavour with nice lightly toasted brown bread, yeast, ripening berries, low bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, more rich bready malts, berries, pleasant yeast expression, no signs of age really. Very tasty.

Pepper and nutmeg in the aroma. Thin, biscuit, nutmeg, even a bit grainy. Some bitterness. The flavor is a bit of a letoff compared to the fine aroma.
