Tap at Giesinger Bräu Lange Nacht der Brauereien Familientag. Paul is here, too. Clear deep chestnut, reddish. Malty, ash, roasted, fruity coffee. Herbal, earthy. Full, fresh, surprisingly light. Good drinkability. I like.

0,33l from bottle at home courtesy of Saeglopur, big thanks! BB 27.10.2026. brown color, small off-white head. smells spices, earthy, tobacco, caramel, decent smell. medium body, soapy carbonation. Tastes earthy, tobacco, light toffee, light chlorophyl, bit peppery, lightly vegetal. Finishes lightly bitter with notes of toffee, tobacco and chlorophyl. drinkable one, light veggie notes that are a bit distracting, does not taste overly fresh.

From tap at the brewpub. Dark copper body, with a creamy, beige head.
Aroma of toast, dark bread, cocoa powder, dark chocolate, some toffee. Tastes similar, with more grass and herbs.
Creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes toasty, quite dry, grassy, a bit herbal, a bit hoppy, with cocoa.
Robust style example, with nice toasty and cocoa notes and not much sweetness fortunately.
