Keg at the brewery during RBWG 2015. Pours mostly clear gold with a foamy, white head. Clean and salty, with light lemon, pale bread, salt. Light bodied with average carbonation. Fairly clean and quenching in the finish, a bit of lactic twang, more mellow salty bite. Nice overall.

A golden gose with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light Epsom salts, light lactic acid, light lemony notes, nice. In mouth, a nice lemony Gose with light Epsom salts, very nice and refreshing. On tap at brewery.

Growler: Poured a golden with white head. Tart grain nose. Taste is tangy with tart and light salt.

Keg at the brewery during RBWG ’15, 20/02/15. Lightly hazed golden with a moderate off white covering. Nose is citric peel, straw, lemon rind, bready, spice. Taste comprises tarte green berry, light salt wash, spice, straw, herbal notes, lemon rind. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a tarte scrub. Decent Gose.

Draft - Sweaty feet and earth. Cloudy gold with no head. Bright tart citrus with lots of acid and a salty finish. The nose is very off putting.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy yellow with small frothy white head. The aroma is lemon zest, wheat, and salt. Medium mouth with salt and light floral, good.

Tap. Pours clear pale amber, small white head, nice lacing. Aroma is light wheat, lemon, coriander, touch of must. Flavor is light sweet, light tart, not bitter, touch of coriander. Salt congress through on the finish. Light body, clean and tasty.
