From the Restoration Series.
Loosely inspired by a recipe dating from 1957, expect a satisfyingly smooth and well balanced beer - malt-forward with a rich dried fruit character and a gentle bitterness in the finish.

440ml can from HOTM. Gluten Free. Amber brown colour, foamy white head leaving lacing and aroma of malty, dried fruit, hops. Taste is malty, dried fruity, with some tangy hop bitterness. Medium bodied, medium carbonation, drying bitter finish. Quite drinkable.

Can. Mitchell’s Wines. Mostly clear pale coppery brown. Sturdy off white foam stays the course. Looks well. Nose has light sweet caramel. Some hedgerow fruit. Light leafy hop. Taste is semi sweet with a hint of hedgerow fruit bitterness. Pretty smooth overall with decent body at the ABV. Light sweet light bitter finish with a touch of dryness to finish. Nice.
