Dry, refreshing and tingling with herbal bitterness; our latest west coast offering finds harmony in delivering both a strong, modern hop profile and all the touchstones of the classic style. Nectaron provides pronounced pineapple, passionfruit and peach, whilst Moteuka, Mosaic and Comet serve some serious citrus - lemonade, mandarin, grapefruit and delicate lemongrass. Bliss process Nelson Sauvin offers guava and a rich, deep dankness alongside the hop's trademark vinous notes.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Gluten Free. Bright golden colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma has notes of passionfruit, peach, citrus, resiny hops. Taste is tangy, malty, caramel, fruity citrusy, grapefruit, pine, with spicy dank hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying resinous hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable.

Can picked up from Beyond Beer webshop, Hamburg and consumed at home Sunday 12th April 2026 after a few hours gardening, with Patrick (neighbour) around ours for a few hours checking out what we were up to. We had Zarzuela for tea and listened to Deadletter - Existence is Bliss then to Twilight Sad - It's the Long Goodbye, both great albums. Pours yellow gold, there is a light haze and a large white head. The nose is mostly citrus led, lemony with a pithy edge, not picking up a resinous note or maybe I am 🤔. Taste following a similar trajectory, citrus, lemony, pithy, bitterness throughout the a balanced sweetness, dry finish, this is a real grower, at first liked but expected more at the end really appreciated what I was drinking. Score: 7.8

Can. A light golden beer with a lazing off-white head. The aroma has notes of exotic fruits, spices, grapes, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops, spices, lemons, grapes, exotic fruits, and malt, leading to a crisp and bitter finish. 8/3/8/3/16

Panda thanks to Cloin. Pretty much a clear gold beer, small off white head. Light palate, semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light pale malts, a modest sweetness. Pretty aggressive hop spice. Cooling pine. Bright and bitter citrus. Bright grapefruit and thinner orangey citrus. Some bitter peel of both. Crisp hop spicy finish. Long hop spicy linger. Sharp West Coaster.

Smooth, floral hoppy and grassy with some pine, resin, citrus and grapefruit, hints of dankness and faint bitterness. Pretty good modern west coast IPA, but could've used even more bitterness and crispiness
