500 ml bottle from my friend in Aberdeen; BB 11 09. Label says 5% ABV. Nose is grassy hops and some earthy grains and light yeast. Clear pale gold with a big, lightly lacing, long lasting, yellow tinged head. Flavor is lightly bitter with lots of cereal graininess. One of th e tastiest pale lagers I have had, of course most have been American. Could drink this one anytime.

Bottle (purchased at the brewery): Golden , big fluffy lasting head, strong lemony hoppy aromas with a touch of lemon peel and a tinge of vanilla; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, very light bodied; moderate aromatic bitter finish. A light, but a very aromatic brew...........

Light blonde in colour with a big bubbled head. Sweet corny aroma with vanilla notes. In mouth, crispy malts with definite lactic notes, restrained hops and medium bodied. Pleasant but not much more. Brought back by Mike from Scotland. Nov. 2005, Mike’s place.

An unclear dark yellow beer with a small white head. The aroma is sweet yeasty combined with notes of lemon. The flavor is slightly acidic combined with notes of lemon and yeast, while the mouthfeel is thin and watery.
