Meet Hop Cat, a lively pale ale with a very subtle haze and a whole lot of attitude. Brewed exclusively with Citra hops, this beer leaps from the glass with bright aromas of grapefruit zest, ripe mango and hints of passion fruit. The flavour follows through with juicy citrus and tropical fruit up front, balanced by a clean, refreshing bitterness that keeps each sip crisp and inviting. Fierce, graceful and impossible to ignore; Hop Cat celebrates bold character and effortless cool. Drink it with pride and remember: even the biggest cats know when to relax.

Cask handpull at Old Dairy Taproom Temterden. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. Citrus citra aroma with a little peach too. Yes a decent pale ale. Quite light. Some ale yeast esters. Decent enough.

Cardiff Mini-break Beer#2. A changing trains in Birmingham beer on the way to Cardiff. Paler clear golden coloured. Hoppy session, although a tad on the thin side to fully enjoy this way.
