Bottle. Translucent garnet body, thin beige head. Aroma mostly pumpkin spices and caramelized sugars, also roast. Spicy body; pumpkin and smoked malt; robust and rich with a nice interplay of spice, roast, and chalky malts. Nice full body.

Bottle shared at the Cafe Abseits tasting during the Bamberg Excursion. Cheers to Kenny. Pours deep brown with a creamy tan head. Good stuff, definitely some autumnal spices present, light cocoa, toasted bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Finishes with further pumpkin and spices, mild roast and cocoa. Nice depth and balance.

Bottle courtesy of Sledutah, thank you sir! Very dark brown color, bright beige head. Aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa powder. Taste big spice, some roast, but the roast is a bit drowned out by the spice.

OnTap at the River Room, Whole Foods, Boise Very dark brown pour with a thin light tan head. Soft sweet rosated malts and pumpkin spice notes. Subtle and plays well with each other. Not over-done or chemically like some.

Draught at Malt & Vine, Redmond
Dark brown color. Light aroma of butter and spices. The mouthfeel is quite round, there is caramel flavor, and mild spices (cinnamon and nutmeg); moderately sweet.
Balanced. Well brewed.

Pour is a black with a small thin tan head. Aroma is a nice mix of brown sugar and cinnamon spices. Flavor is a smoky malt to start then comes some pumpkin pie spices and dare I say you can even taste some actual pumpkin in this. Finish is a rich roast malt and some sweetness from the brown sugar. Decent pumpkin porter, most I’ve had either go with a really heavy roasted malt or spiced out the wazoo. This is a nice mix of both

Medium brown, thin head. Aroma has a lot of pumpkin, spice...nutmeg, cocoa, pumpkin and cinnamon on the palate. Good brew. Nice, balanced spiced porter.

Dark ruby pour - soapy lace - nose is about medium in the spice intensity compared to other pumpkin beers, but there is also a nice roasted pumpkin character and some roasty malt - low carbonation, medium body - fairly sweet pumpkin flesh and brown sugar - not really any porter character - nutmeg and cinnamon through the middle - just a light bit of roast - toasty pumpkin finish - it’s okay, but I’m getting a little tired of pumpkin porters and stouts that have no real porter or stout character (I’m lookin’ at you, Southern Tier Warlock).
