The Sabaja IPA is the first of its kind in Kosovo. This ale focuses on the floral and citrus characters of a balanced combination of American and Slovenian hops. The IPA's bitter backbone is balanced by a light sweetness. The IPA is light gold in color, with hits of copper at its core. It features subdued fruit esters in the aroma, and a clean finish on the palate.

Thanks Marko for sharing! Murky, small off-white head, ochre-orange color. Great aroma of quince jam, very aromatic! Bitter start, sweet finish. Long bitter aftertaste. Light. Actually, it’s great!

Hopfiger, runder herb grasiger Antrunk. Trocken, nicht wirklich störend. Spritzig, leicht infiziert, was vom Hopfen überdeckt wird. Nett. 10/9/9/9//9

Bottle, 0.33l. Murky amber brown color with thin soapy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Aroma of peach, pineapple, melon and grass. Taste starts with moderate sweet caramel and resinous, following is mild fruity and grassy, mouthfeel is crisp and mild spicy, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, oily texture and lively carbonation in palate. Surprisingly good and much better than pale ale...

Shared bottle at RB/HB at ABE´s 07.11.15. Muddy chestnut. Diminishing dark beige head. A bit earthy aroma of citrus, American hops and malt. Taste of medium dark malt, grapefruit and pine. American hops lingering on in aftertaste.

Shared 330 ml bottle at local tasting. Dark orange to brown colour, off-white head. Fairly nice hoppy aroma, hints of pine and grapefruit. Resin and hints of grapefruit in the flavour too, not bad at all. Has still a way to go to compete with the best American IPAs.

330ml bottle, gift from ippopotamo36 (thanks Alberto!). Pours amber with a minimal white head. Aroma is malty with hops, citrus, pine, light smoked notes. Flavour is light malty with a decent bitter end. Light body, low carbonation. Not good.
