Bottle from BOTW. Lemony, lactic nose. Wheat and yogurt. Pale to medium gold, hazy, with lace. Pleasantly tart, wheaty, lemon, lactic acid. Very drinkable and refreshing, though mild overall.

Sampled at Spacebar, pours a clear gold, plenty of apparent carbonation and a ring of white head. Nose has lemon and grist, but fairly mild. Watery on the palate, lemon, straw, mild flour. Where’s the punchy acid?

On draft at Spacebar, Falls Church VA. It is a clear pale yellow with a thin white head. The aroma is a faint Lemon and the taste iis sour lemon with a tart finish. Perhaps a sour beer. Hmmmm

Draught @ Albion. Slightly hazy pale yellow with miniscule ring of (former) white frothy head, doughy aroma, high carbonation, sour citrusy taste with lavender like flavor at the end, abrupt finish with citrus aftertaste. Interesting brew.

This was poured into a flute.
The appearance was a semi-hazy yet slightly transparent yellow color. A lot of streams of carbonation are seen rising to fill a rapidly dissipating foamy to bubbly white head. No lacing is there.
The smell starts off with a sharp citrus quality, slightly sour or tart, and opening up to more oranges and starfruit to bring about a slight refreshing grassy quality as well.
The taste has a dry sweet citrus and a slight bitter yet acceptable graininess (from the wheat). There’s no aftertaste nor finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation seemed good for a Berliner, a moderate amount of bitterness hits my tongue appropriately.
Overall, I say this was a pretty good Berliner Weisse, fans of \"sour\" styles should like this.

Of the 8 beers I drank on tap tonight, this was the best. A fun easy beer that you would never even know had alky in it. Could easily drink a six packa and hope to find one soon. Lovely, easy beery fun for the light hearted. truely what light beer should be all about. This beer rocks, yummy.

Bottle. Pour is a crystal clear light gold with a fizzy head and aromas of lemon tartness and a little metal. Flavor is clean and lightly tart with a metallic edge and a bit of graininess. This is not an aggressive attempt at a Berliner but more of a lawnmower beer in my book. Decent but not overly interesting.
