Color oro ambarino, transparente, espuma blanca de media retención. Aroma a malta y bizcocho. Dulzona y seca en boca, burbuja finamente punzante, fondo maltoso y dulzón, con cierto punto de mazapán, amargor medio. No suelo gustar demasiado de este tipo de strong Lager, aunque ésta tampoco está tan mal, el alcohol está bastante bien oculto en boca, aunque sus 9'1% acaban pegándote una buena hostia en la cabeza.

Can from a local Polish shop, drank at Auntie Sue's on 25th June 2026. Clean and clear golden body, white head. Decent strong lager. Head ache material really.

A World Cup Of Beers#1. POLAND. An international brew with the football starting with this clear golden brew with an attractive carbonation and an initial beautifying bubbly head, which sadly dissipates fast. What's left though is manageable for its strength, which is strong but not overly boozy. Hops play a part, a sweetness for sure, mild bubble-gum notes, standard lager taste. Not one I'd be in a hurry to return to, but better than expected. Drank whilst watching the opening game of the tournament - Mexico vs South Africa.

Bottle from Al Capone Radom. Coz no tego bym sie nie spodziewal, po prostu perelka z tej mocnej Perly. Czapa piany stoi tak dlugo ze az to irytuje, mocnego podbitego alko nie wyczuwa sie, lekko slodowe, troche i chmielne, musujace, dobre.

Deep gold and clear, with a rather low, quickly dissipating head. The aroma is primarily malty, with light herbal notes. On the palate, it is full-bodied and distinctly malty—somewhat bready—with a noticeable syrupy quality; the bitterness is quite low and slightly vegetal (stem-like), carbonation is low, and the alcohol isn't very perceptible, making for dangerously high drinkability. Overall, the taste is essentially an even stronger version of Perła Mocna. Yet, it isn't an outstanding beer—it is primarily heavily malty and rather heavy, with little else going for it. Personally, I had expected it to be worse.
