Bloodlight überrascht mit einer faszinierenden Aromenvielfalt, bei der Blutorange und harzige Pinie im Vordergrund stehen. Die Restsüße dieses Ales gleicht die Bittere harmonisch aus und ein Spezialmalz zaubert eine wundervolle rötliche Farbe ins Glas.
Der Name Bloodlight könnte passender nicht gewählt sein. Bloodlights sind die roten Lichter, die vor den Augen tanzen, kurz bevor man in Extremsituationen das Bewusstsein verliert.

Red with a thin, creamy head. Caramel and big fruity aroma full of citrus. Taste is sweet up front, trends bitter, finishes bitter. Medium body. Warming. Pretty good.

330mml. Thanks to rhoihessegold for this one. Murky orange color with a low and fudfly white head. Aroma is intense grapefruit, raisin, caramellish malts and dried fruits. Taste is smooth grapefruit and caramellis malts. Finish is dank and citrus hops. Well balanced with an interesting aroma leading to a slightly hoppy finish. Medium carbonation. Enjoyable. Next one please!

Draft at Festival der Bierkulturen, Cologne. Hazy dark amber with an off white head. Aroma of malt, strawberry milkshake hop, malt and caramel. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Red brown colour with lasting head. Aroma and flavour have plenty of caramelised red fruits and tropical fruit hop.

Sampled from tap at FdB Köln 2017. Clear, brownish amber with a beige head. Sweetish, quite resiny and moderately fruity aroma of pine, caramel and blood orange. Quite sweet, malty, resiny and moderately fruity taste of caramel, honey, blood orange and pine, followed by a medium long, rather dry-bitter, resiny finish. Medium to full body, creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Very nice!

On tap at FdBK Cologne 2017. Sticky fresh beginning. Hop oils, fresh intense beginning with a slightly sweetish body. Long intense sticky aftertaste, round and refreshing, malty sweetness with lots of hops and hop oils in the aftertaste. Nice.

25-11-16 // sample at CraftBeerMesse Mainz. Super DIPA. Strong malty, some cara. Red X malts I assume. Loads of hops, with a grapefruit citrus note. Strong bitter finish. Love it.
