On tap. Pours a hazy amber with light head. Aromas of citrus, banana skin and wheat. Flavours of candied banana, yeasty grapes and wheaty malts. Fruity. Quite nice.

Hazy golden coloured body with a nice slightly opaque pure white glow and a small head, only about a centimetre tall on top. Aroma of grasses, hay, light yeast, citrus, bread and a dose of caster sugar - fairly dry throughout. Medium-bodied; Very grassy and herbal flavours up front with a smooth, complex yeast flavour that shows a hint of sweetness and a mellow bite of earth near the tail end. Aftertaste shows some grasses, hay, earth and a dose of flowers, all with yeast and bready flavours very strong. Overall, a nice saison that shows pretty well and has some very dry complexities. I sampled this 33 cL bottle (I bet they put it in his european sized bottle and no one knew/cares about it, and are saving 0.8 ounces on every bottle!) purchased from Total Beverage in Thornton, Colorado on 12-March-2017 for US$3,13, sampled at home in Washington on 24-June-2017.

Pours a hazy lemon yellow from a bottle. Faint lemon Italian soda aroma, first sip is a light grape followed by classic saison yeast bringing some lemon and hay, a long with a white pepper spice. Starts off round in the mouth then thins out to the traditional saison. Okay beer.

Tap at Boku to Inu. Straw gold, foamy eggshell white head and an aroma of wheat & saison spiciness while the taste adds in Nelson Sauvin white grape notes. Good stuff.

Tap at Futa’s. Slightly hazy, light gold, with fine head. Nice nose of Nelson Sauvin, lemon, great hop flavor, light, spritzy, clean Belgian yeasy, some sulphur. Nice stuff.

Tap at Grizzly’s. LIght yellow, like a wit. I was expecting it to be a little sour. Instead, it is a soft, effervescent saison. Under ripe pear, aome tangerine, and melon. Peach with a bigger sip. Very nice palate. Good.

Frothy white head. Hazy pale golden color. Dry lemony hoppy nose with a fair amount of funk. The Nelson hop isn’t so prominent until the finish and then tropical fruit lingers.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Pale blond color, hazy. Powerful nelson Sauvin aroma, moderately spicy flavor, lean body, blends will with a touch of Muscat grapes.
Very nice.

On tap at the hay merchant. Pours a pale yellow gold with small white head that diminishes quickky. The aroma is fruity hop and grass. Medium body, bubblegum, wheat, light finish, good.
