Basically a sweet amber ale with a touch of floral, honeyish galaxy in the finish, no real bitterness, late diacetyl and a sticky candyish finish.

Can: Poured a bright clear copper/amber color ale with a nice off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of lightly sweet caramel malt with some light tropical fruit notes. Taste is also a mxi between some lightly sweet caramel malt with light tropical fruit. Body is thin and aftertaste is quite watery with good carbonation. I was quite excited to try the Galaxy version but this is quite a miss with almost no hops punch.

473ml can from the LCBO. Pours a very clear medium amber with a big off white head that quickly settles. Smells of grains and very light citrus and floral hops. Taste is grains and sweet light malts with hints of mango and pineapple but everything is quite washed out. Mouth is quite watery with soft carbonation and only a touch of bitterness. Most interesting of the Keith’s hop series so far.

Bought a 6-pack at a local Metro store. Pours a clean rich amber colour with lots of wild carbonation. The foamy head is light-beige, stays a bit and gives out some soft dirty and soapy lacing. Nice citrus aromas from the hops, with more of the oranges covering the grapefruit. So, not as sharp, but pretty fruity. The taste is milder, with a wet mouthfeel and a little stickiness. Very light bitterness, citrus, caramel malts, grain and grass. The best so far of their "Hop Series" beers and preferred it from the bottle.
