Poured from a bottle. Aroma is fruity with a medium apple note and a strong hop character. Lots of white wine and melon with lighter citrus and tropical fruit. A light herbal note. Pours a clear, pale, yellow hay color with a small, thin, effervescent, white head that quickly recedes. No lacing and small legs. Flavor is much more apple forward with a balance between sweet cider and some tart green apples and tannic acid. Medium light hop notes, again with white wine, melon and tropical fruit being most prevalent. Low bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium light bodied with medium high carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a really interesting and nice cider. If you like Nelson Sauvin hops you will like this cider. Good green apple character too. Not very sweet.

Draft at the source. Slightly hazy pale yellow, massive carbonation. Aroma is mild peach, apples and notes of mineral water element. Flavor is nicely effervescent, champagne yeast is kicking! The hops add a very nice mild grape essence to the cider, almost pits it back into the beer relm. Very tasty.

Tap. Pours a bit hazy pale straw, no real head of lacing. Aroma is quite light with tropical fruit and apple. Flavor is an interesting mix of tropical, apple, passionfruit, pine. Medium sweet with a hint of tartness and no real bitterness.

Picked this up at the St. J Co-Op. an off-cloudy pale yellow. Nose is fantastic. dirty grape skins, fresh rain, pear and maybe a little olive brine. Taste is pretty intense. Lots of grape, apple is almost sour like granny-smith. Crisp and refreshing. I like this one a lot.

Bottle shared by Gene at RBWG 2014, thanks! Pours a cloudy transparent water like color with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earty grassy hops with some earthy apple underlying. Flavor has earthy apple as well with a bit of earthy pine backing.
