A golden cider with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity mix of apples and peaches, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of tart apples, light resinous hops, light lactic and Epsom salts, pleasant.

On tap at Citizen, pours a hazy dull blonde, no head. Aroma brings out a floral, tangy dry hop character upfront, with the apples taking a backseat. Flavour is a more assertive version of The Lake Hopper, with a nice tangy hoppiness. Gentle acidity and crispness on the finish. Solid.

Draft at Blackback - Waterbury. Pours clear yellow-gold. A bit sweet, a little syrupy. Minimal nelson character here - the sweetness pretty much overwhelms. Medium bodied with subtle carbonation. Finishes sticky sweet with faint citrusy tang, ripe and sugary apples. So so.

Tap at CC. It pours clear very pale gold with a small white head. The nose is fresh, juicy, lemon sherbet, grapefruit tart apple, apple pie, white grape and candied peel. The taste is crisp, tart, dry, apple, pear skin, white grape, white wine, light sweetness and some sherbet with a dry finish. Light - medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Crisp, clean and rather refreshing. Nice one.

Draft at Citizen Cider, 7/5/15
Clear golden color without much head or lace. Hops come through nicely on the nose. Almost a redfin apple combo I quite enjoyed. Flavor is balanced with a clean, bitter finish. Nice mouthfeel as well. Probably my favorite of the day.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a transparent yellow color with a rapidly rising carbonation.
The smell started off with tart apples, semi-sweet yet crisp and developing into a sour to \"hop\" oil spice (Nelson Sauvin hops, I guess did that).
The taste was sweet, sour and had a decent kick of spice in the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a good sessionability about it. Carbonation hits appropriately as a cider and allows the Nelson Sauvin hops give off a sly oily effect rolling over my tongue.
Overall, different for a cider, would probably be a decent crossover for beer fans. Think I would come back to this.

Bomber from Winooski Beverage. Clear pale golden. Dry apples, earth, tannic notes, apple skins. The taste is dry apples, tropical, earthy, citrus hops. Medium bodied, high carbonation, interesting.
