Bottled, enormous thanks SinH4 for sharing! Bit hazy brownish colour. Excellent aroma, raspberry cream basically, sweet, honeyish. Light taste, sweet, creamy, pleasant raspberry notes, light caramel touch, sweet, ending lightly tart, leaner than expected, but quite drinkable, light alcohol, light fermentation touches, some warmth. Now, this is obviously great, but it had the misfortune of being in the same tasting as Jadwiga, which just ate it up - despite a much clearer raspberry profile in this one. Still, a pleasure and an honor to have tried it!

Bottle, thanks SinH4! Almost opaque purple red. Raspberry wine, bordering deep red wine notes, spicy and flowery honey overtones.Rich on the palate, chewy berries, claret, honey, not cloying at all though, raspberry acidity cuts through. Very nice!
