Scopey’s grand vertical. Thanks to Leighton for this one. Clear gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, some creamy sweetness. Nice floral citrus. Trace of tropical fruits. Light finish leaves a very modest bitter linger. Decent.

Can shared in East Croydon - picked up in Austin. Pours clear honey-gold with a frothy, white head. Rindy citrus in the nose, some white grape, hay, pine. Light to medium sweet flavour with more notes of white grape, crispy pine, hay, light grass, pale bread, melon, tangerine rind. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes with light resin, more crisp hay, pine, pale bread, citrus rind. Not bad overall.

Can in Croydonia. Thanks to Leighton. It pours clear pale yellow with a thick white head. The aroma is fresh, sweet, sugared lemons, lychee, sherbet and dull grapefruit. The taste is crisp, bitter, lemony sherbet, soap, grapefruit, floral, white spice, alcohol and white bread with a dry, soapy finish. Light - medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. OK I suppose, but a bit soapy.

Draft at the source with the glass in my hand. Clear gold color, low carbonation level. Aroma is very faint; weak citrus. Flavor isn’t bad because there is not much here. Straw and grain body with a good amount of bitterness. However the bitterness doesn’t come from any real hop. It’s just bitterness without the hop punch. Maybe I am soiled from New England imperial IPA. But I don’t think so, just lacking. Not undrinkable just real bland.
