(Bottle) Amber colour with frothy, tan head. Malty, slightly hoppy nose with notes of dried apricots, orange peel, toffee, dried fruit, some grapefruit, toast and flowers. Malty, hoppy taste with apricots, dried fruit, orange peel, caramel, rye bread and a fresh, balanced citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty, well balanced and harmonious.Very nice.

Bottle from Mace, South Circular Road, Dublin [090718]
Amber, very hazy, frothy white head, some floating bits
Aroma of light sweet malts, barley sugar, hop resins, soft spicy, touch of orange
Tast of citrus zest, soft spicy hops, hop resins, quite sweet malts, barley sugar, bit peppery, getting some orange zest, quite complex, good flavour
Palate - Medium carb and body, good texture, more bitter than sweet. Finish of soft sweet malts, fairly bitter zest, light spicy linger.
Overall - Liked this, more complex than expected

At a tasting, medium stable bubbly head, ripe fruit, jammy, marmaalde aroma, light malty, jammy flavor and quite bitter. Not too exciting.

Level 42 Bottleshare. Thanks to Meester Frog. Hazy gold - amber beer, small cream colour head. Palate is airy and semi dry, reasonable carbonation. Fluffy malts, mild cream and a touch of grain. Floral mid. Ripe citrus and mild spice on the back end before a smooth dry finish. Fine.
