Draught at the brewery in Beersal. 4 year old lambiek. A really nice lambiek that was ticking all the good boxes for me.

Clear orange beer, no head. Aroma: fruity, funky, bit floral, soapy touch, lemony, brett notes, nice! MF: soft to no carbon, medium body. Taste: fruity, orange peel, little bitter, citrus touch, lovely brett notes, soft acidity, lemony, dry. Aftertaste: hoppy bitterness (?), lots of grapefruit, little bitter, some tannins, good stuff!

As A: Oud Beersel Oude Vieux Lambiek. Vintage 2017. Bag in box 3,1l. brak piany niczym brak demokracji w totalnej i rezimowej polityce prezydenta Francji. jasne, malo metne, zlociste do jasnego bursztyny. Kwaskowosc delikatna, mala jak na lambika, do tego surowego. smak dobry bo lubie kwaskowe piwa, ale za malo tego bylo, liczylem na wiecej tej kapusty kiszonej, zakwasu z zurku itp.

Cask in the Chateau Cardboard sense. Brownish orange, no hint of a head. Stone fruit, dried mango, bracken. Surprisingly gentle but persistent sourness. Not the deepest perhaps but rustic and very quaffable.

Tap at Beer Hunters. Amber colour, small white head. Earthy, tart, fruity nose. Light to medium-bodied. Earthy, fruity and tart. Even sweetish lambiek. Ok.
