Here is a father’s toast to his son. Brewed with cocoa nibs and lactose, Hunter boasts a creamy texture and rich chocolate flavor. Vanilla, roast, and caramel sweetness are met with a bright hop bitterness. Complex enough to pair with dinner or dessert. Suave enough to skip the meal altogether. A chip off the old block, alright.

Keg at BD Mighty Boosh, 14/03/18. Black with a well presented tan head. Nose is dark malts, chocolate, candy bar, light spice, toffee. Taste comprises sweet malts, coconut shavings, mellow roast, hint of coffee, molasses, chocolate, black peppery spice. Medium plus body, fine carbonation, slight oily texture, warming tickle of boost in the close. Decent easy drinking impy.

Can from Winetree East shared with the CB crew. Pours a thick, deep brown to black with a finger of tan head that lingers. Big roasted malt nose, coffee and cacao nib. Smooth on the palate. Quite creamy with roasty, light milk latte notes on the palate. Full-bodied, rich and super smooth. Great stuff!

4 oz. draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, Boston, 23 September, 17. Wonderful aroma os vanilla bean, bold coffee with light milk. The lactose sugar definitely is not hidden. Extremely creamy with a sweet milk and coffee flavor. They got the mouth feel right on this one. Good coffee tones, vanilla and Coco. Nice!
