Black with thin white head. Aroma is a bit earthy and grassy. Flavour has toasted bittersweet malts. Again a bit grassy.

Bottle: Poured a deep black color porter with a medium size light brown foamy head with good retention and some good lacing. Aroma consists of black chocolate notes with some cocoa and light dry roasted notes. Taste is also heavy on the black chocolate which is not a bad thing with some great notes of cocoa and light dry roasted finale with hints of coffee. Boyd is smooth with some creamy texture and good carbonation. Easy drinking porter with just enough complexity.

Bouteille 750ml.

Smells pretty pungent. Some nice roast with nut, a little dark chocolate. Pours black with some head, some lacing. Taste is a little bitter. Medium carbonation. Nice beer. Bottle from Delires du Terroir.

A deep dark porter with a thin brown head. In aroma, nice chocolate with smooth licorice notes. In mouth, a nice roasted chocolate malt with notes of licorice and molasses, not heavy and very drinkable. On tap at Vices et Versa, Oct. 21 2012.

On tap at Vice-Versa in Montreal. Aroma: Standard black chocolate and coffee. We can feel the bitterness of the coffee. Aroma sticking out pretty good. Appearance: Average brown head covering a standard opaque black color. Head is leaving a very nice lacing and is sticking generously to glass. Taste: We can feel the roasted coffee and black chocolate bitterness all over. Body is light and texture watery. Again, an OK porter, but I found it too light for my expectation. We are kind of away from LTM Porter Baltique.

Draft at Pizzeria Paradiso Dupont, courtesy if Greg - thank you sir! Murky dark maroon color, massive thick beige head with great retention, solid lacing. Aroma of coffee grounds and dark cocoa. Taste is very smooth slightly sour coffee. Really interesting.
