Bottle. Nothing special about this cider. Just kind of average all the way around. Taste and aroma is like any other cider.

Can from Seijo Ishii. Nose is apple, bit of skin, some yeast. Moderately sweet, low to medium acid, apple flavor, bit of fermentation flavor and mineral. Carbonation is too high, too spritzy. Meh.

Boring. White wine pour. Some apples but not a lot going on here. Tangy finish. Tap at Summerfest.

4 oz pour on draft at Spacebar. Clear whitish yellow. Aromas of light apples, light champagne. Tastes of apples, white wine, champagne, sugary notes. Light body with a dry finish. Not bad, pretty much your average easy drinking cider.

Draft at Right Proper. Poured a clear golden yellow color, mostly still. Aroma was light apples, touch of sweet and semi-sweet apple notes. Nothing crazy, perhaps a bit boring, but not bad.

August 2014-Can...Effervescent on the pour, looks like a ginger ale....Apples and a mild sour aroma...light refreshing body and only 100 calories...I like it right out of the can!

Crystal clear pale golden coloured body with a thin, very fast-dying (soda-like) head. Aroma of apples, yeast, lemons and way more apples - nice. Light-bodied; Pungent apple flavour of gala and slightly citric notes with a bit of a sweetness, some light acid and a good pure apple flavour throughout. Aftertaste is nice and mellow with a good sweetness and nice balance - no sign of alcohol. Overall, a good cider with mild and subdued flavours, but almost nothing, but pure apples. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in Arlington (Clarendon), Virginia on 24-October-2013 for US$1.99 sampled at home in Washington on 10-January-2014.

Can from Northern Liberties’ Foodery in Philly. Served in a rounded pint glass.
The color of pale lager, but not quite crystal clear. Constant activity.
Smell is flat & humble. Mild,, starchy apples, gummi bears, perry, maybe some menthol.
Flavor is middle of the road. Mushy sweet apples, vanilla, light initial tartness. Perry. Sweet grain & a silky, albeit sulfited finish. Lacks a pronounced acidity & feels flabby.
Carbonation is thankfully not to harsh for being forced. Slight amount of body. Alcohol is tucked away.
A touch too sweet, & not enough bite. Described in one word: saucy.

Can thanks to Cheap. Pours a very clear yellow color with a small bubble of head. A light nose of tannis and apple. The flavor is tart, woody, tannins, some light sulfur, medium carb. Decent.
