Brewed as a traditional India Pale Ale. A highly hopped, medium-bodied, higher alcohol ale. This is a true hop-head beer. Generous portions of Northern Brewer, Centennial and Cascade hops complete this beer.

Grabbed a 4 pack cuz the dumb local shop doesnβt break up into singles so drinking more beer for less rates at new digs. Light amber pour. Nose is citrus and florals. Tastes of orange, grapefruit, white grape, paper, perfume, touch of honey. Stickier palate. Medium bodied.

This IPA poured a clear Amber colour with a soapy head. No lacing. Scents include citrus, spruce and dough. First swig had nice carbonation and flavours of citrus hops and malt. Finish was quite bitter with lemony pineapple hop flavours lingering.

Draft at the brew pub. Mostly clear orange gold color, lasting head that lined the glass. Aroma has a moderate amount of caramel with citrus (grapefruit and oranges).
Flavor leans on the caramel malt dominate side with mild herbal and light fruit hops in the finish. Body is medium with a mildly juicy texture from the fruit.

Sample at the brewpub. Clear copper color with a medium thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of hops, citrus and malt. Medium-bodied with flavors of zesty citrus, hops and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
