Draft @ Cycle. Brune foncée, col crémeux beige. Arôme est malté, léger grillé mais qui reste persistant et est accompagné d’un fruité noir modéré. Palais est malté, grillé, fruité noir rappelant le raisin sec, fini est sec - grains rappelant un peu le profil de la Nite Rider au niveau du caractère des malts. Fini un peu plus sec.

Draught at Cycle Brewing on January 22, 2014.Cloudy dark brown to black color, light brown head. Roasted, sweet, somewhat hoppy scent, a bit of tobacco. Sweet, light roasted taste. Medium mouthfeel, medium low bitterness.

Tap at Pegs. It pours opaque very dark brown with a small beige head. The nose is roasty, toast, earth, cocoa and peanut. The taste is roasty, toast, caramel, earth, but, tobacco and mild acidity with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonaton. Decent all-round brown ale.

A nice reddish brown ale with a thin mocha head. In aroma, a nice roasted nutty malt with light coffee and British hops. In mouth, a nice roast malt with grassy British hops, sweet nuttyness, decent. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 8 2012.

Draft at the source. Clear dark maroon color, small but thick beige head. Aroma of milk chocolate and light spice. Taste is lightly spiced coffee and cocoa. Very nice.

Poured a chocolate brown with a tan colored head. The aroma is sweet malts. Taste is smooth with a range of chocolate, malt and some nuttiness as well.
