F: thick, tan, good retention. C: dark brow with some dark red, clear. A: light fruity vinegar, caramel, cherries, hint of woody, sour lactic. T: quite prominent tartness, woody, dark/red fruits, sour lactic, caramel, herbal, hint of chocolate, medium body, medium to high carbonation, this is not a great example for this style but still enjoyable beer, 0,33l bottle from Carrefour market - Saint-Michel @ Etterbeek, Brussels.

Bottle at Dikkenek Cafe, Lyon. Reddish brown, clear with a fair bit of visible carbonation. Soy sauce, turpentine and cedar aroma. Intense sour taste. However you may feel about sour bruins, you have to admire the way the best ones hang together. It’s an intense and focused experience, and an honour to make this beer’s acquaintance.
