Bottle from a Durbuy shop - thanks, Anke! Hazy amber, stable, frothy, tan head. Aroma of honey, plum, brioche, pear, vague butter. Taste has sweetish plum, pear & apple in a honey-malty body with bready & buttery touches. Herbal hoppy finish, grassy, lingering honey and some liqueur-like alcohol. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Drinkable but probably well past its prime.

Clear pale brown colour with thin head. Aroma is packed with honey. Quite a strong, herbal honey too. Despite all the honey the flavour is not extremely sweet. There's a herbal element (rosemary?) and a light dryness in the finish.

250ml bottle: BBE 2021. Poured into a 'La Vieille Salme' chalice at home on 19th Jun 2020. Old gold in colour, off-white topping. The honey rules both the nose and taste with very little of anything else coming through. Pooh Bear would love this, I was not so keen!

Clear orange body. Nose of flowery honey. Quite sweet, yet well balanced flavour.

Honey color, almost no head, hazy. Honey and orange in the aroma and flavor. Sweet and somewhat vinous. Hops, especially in the finish. Poor lacing, the beer is in fact almost as flat as a lambic. Tastes OK, but lacks life.

T: malt, honey from aroma almost not present, orange peels, floral, herbal, medium body, medium to high carbonation, not very good, aroma is almost ok but taste is quite weird, 25cl bottle from Spar supermarket in Oostende.
