33 cl bottle @ home. Nice clear brown color. Off white head with little retention. Aroma’s: red fruit, roasted malts, some veggetables at first (disappearing after a while). Retronasal it’s sweetish, roasted, (red) fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet, fruity, roasty, light bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes with some roast, red fruit and moderate bitterness.

(Draught at Butcher’s Tears, Amsterdam, 28 Aug 2015) Reddish amber colour with lasting, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with orange peel, caramel and black-currant. Malty taste with notes of caramel, toffee, citrus, black-currant and a balanced spicy, citric bitterness. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well made, quite fruity and hoppy for a brown ale. Quite nice.

Keg at De Wikdemaan, Amsterdam, Netherlands, Tuesday 6th October 2015. Pours hazy amber with a sticky off white head, really fresh nose, some fruit skins, soft in the mouth, almost an English bitter style but with some pithiness and a bit of wet woodland a bit more body than a brown Ale, but good.
