Slightly Sweet, Grainy Malt, Light Hop Bitter Aftertaste. Not Really A Hefe... If We Ignore Style, Then it is A Fairly Decent Brew... OK...

Originally rated December 2010. Thanks to my parents for bringing this one back from the States. Big foamy white head that stays a long, long time, and creates patchy lacing. Hazy golden-beige colour with decent carbonation. Mild aromas and taste of wheat malt with a touch of citrus. An overall refreshing hefeweizen, but lacking the punch that are found in German ones.

Bottle. A- Wheat, corn, butter, lemon. A- Orange color, cloudy liquid, white head. T- Slightly sweet, corn, wheat, water, yeasty, subtle banana. P- Light body, average texture, average carbonation, wheat finish. O- Not too flavorful. Far from being horrible, but just lacks a lot of the great qualities I love in a Hefe. Not overly satisfying.
