"Balance" is the key description for this smooth and refreshing
Southwestern-style Blonde Ale. Nimbus Dirty Güera is brewed with the finest
domestic pale malts and world-class Cara-Pils and Munich malts. Our use of
select Perle and German Hallertau hops lends to the beer’s pleasant floral
nose: low in fruitiness and mild in ester production. This combination
produces a light, clean and crisp balance between malts and hops. Our
Blonde’s subtle sweet undertones are derived from pure mesquite-flavored
"killer-bee" honey that is harvested from hives in Bisbee, Arizona.

Reviewed from notes.
The appearance had a mostly clear yet somewhat hazy yellow color. Half finger white foamy head that dies at a decent pace and leaves some adequate lightly clingy lacing in rings.
The smell was sweet corn but not overbearing, light hops.
The taste had a mainly sweet corn-ness, no aftertaste, dry finish.
On the palate, it sat at/about a light, sessionable, and the carbonation is good for an American blonde ale and good for me as its slightly smooth and somewhat clingy around the mouth and tongue.
Overall, I say this is a good blonde ale worthy of coming back to. Its nothing over the top, but hey, it did go well with a Sonoran hot dog that I had in Tucson area while visiting.

Bottle - Raw honey and some light pale grains. Cloudy orange with a beige head. Nice and light with the hops lightly flavoring and bittering, while still offering a light sessionable ale. Although not an exciting style, I like this interpretation.

A blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, a light corny malt with faint hops, boring. In mouth, a typical Mexican lager, faint corn, so-so. On tap at brewery.

At the brew pub on draft is a clear light yellow with a slight white head. The aroma is of pine and citrus and the taste is more pine and a bitterness that lingers on the palate.

12oz bottle pours clear gold with weak white head. The aroma is a pretty cool mix of sweet honey, some corn and a bit of grainy malts to a vague hay like sensation. The taste is similar and I’m digging it actually. It has some sugar to honey sweetness cut by some malts and rolling into pleasing yet mild dry malt graininess into the finish. If the mood is right this may deliver. It did for me. Nice stuff.
