From Jul 2007
Purchased at Wilbur's Liquors in Ft Collins as part of a mixed 6 Pack.
This one pours from 12oz bottle(best by May 24 08) a hazy straw colour with a good head of foam. After a few minutes there's just some spotting of foam and it does have some lacing.
The smell has a strong nose of clove and banana and is nice.
The taste follows the nose with a heaping helping of both clove and banana with a good citric background. Further sips in and I'm getting some good yeast flavour that hits my palate very well and the finish has a nice bitter-sour twang to it. Great summertime brew!! Now *this* is a very tasty Hefe and I'd be more than pleased if this was available locally. I recommend it!

Bottle from Harvard’s in Augusta. Pours cloudy dark golden color with white head. Aromas of wheat, lemon, banana and clove. Wheat and banan flavors with a hint of lemony tartness and some clove. Light to medium body with lively carbonation. Crisp and refreshing. A decent hefe.

12 oz bottle. pored into a weizen glass. Pours hazy golden orange. Head is very fluffy, white, and stays for a bit. Little lacing.. Exceedingly worth the price of admission... Aroma is somewhat a standard Hefe, smells of banana and all-spice. Flavor is where this one shines. Great orange/banana flavors. Little bit of sourness at the beginning, with a good amount of carbonation. A GREAT job by Victory! If I didn’t see the bottle and did a blind taste test, I would say this beer was brewed by a German brewer.

Tap at Sean’s. Pours a cloudy yellow with a strong white head. Nice bready aroma with plenty of yeast and wheat. Flavor has good sweetness up front, with notes of banana and clove. Light ot medium in body with average carbonation and a smooth, almost creamy texture. Finishes with more bread notes and sweetness. Very good.

Refrigerated bottle poured into a weizen glass. This beer is similar to the other Bavarian hefeweizens, but with a nice crisp citrus flavor. Highly carbonated, light body, and little lacing. This beer is a hazy golden color and has a medium white head that disappears quickly. The flavors are yeast, wheat, clove, and citrus (mostly lemon with just a tang of orange) with just a hint of banana.

Super hazy golden blonde coloured body with a nice white head. Aroma of lemons, curacao, wheat, yeast, canned corn and a bit of nutmeg. Medium-bodied; Strong pungent taste of canned corn with a little yeast and wheat flavours roaming. A bit of lemony citrus taste rounds out the beer - but not overly pleasing at all. Overall, this beer was an alright wheat - not really worth seeking out, but decent to try. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Norm’s in Vienna, Virginia on 04-September-2005 on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.
