A Belgian style, amber in color, based on inspiration from Pauwel Kwak.

A strong copper-colored ale with a mild, sweet malt character. Brewed with lots of Belgian candi sugar and slowly fermented for a month. Sublime.

A lightly hazed amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, caramel malt with porto, oxidized malt notes, coriander and curacao. In mouth, a smooth sweet candy sugar with maderized notes, a bit too old. Bottle from the brewery, 2 years old, shared with Probstk, GRM, Mike and Shaun, Nov. 20 2011.
