Bottle from Berts Bierhuis. Very dark brown colour, beige head. Nose is roasted malts, coffee, coffee cream. Flavour is roasted malts, coffee and coffee cream, bit of fruityness. Medium carbonation, chewy mouthfeeling. Good stuff.

zwart, schuimig bruine kraag aroma: moutig, zoet, koffie, caramout, gebrande mouten smaken: matig zoet, medium bitter, zeer sterk, stevig gemout (geroosterde-, cara- en gebrande mouten), koffie en houttoetsen medium tot volle body, dun, laag co2, afdronk: kruidig en zoetig stevig bier edoch toch wat waterige ondertonen, jammer...

33 cl bottle @ home. Color is more or leass black. Beige head, not much. Aroma’s: Licorice (zoethout), red berreis, sweet spices, somewhat roasted. Flavor is medium sweet with clear notes of mocha & chocolate. Medium bodied. Finishes roasted and lightly bitter. Not bad at all.

split with 77 ships pours black with no speakable foam. smells light ( as i expected) coffee is anything. tastes surprisingly bitter , some chocolat, some coffee. not realy a beer to hunt down...

Bedankt Kraddel. 33 cl. fles gedeeld. Blijkbaar gemaakt in een beschutte werkplaats, gebruik makend van bio middelen. Wat is het met Holland en mentaal gehandicapte mensen + brouwerijen, eerst de Molen en nu dit? :) Donker bruin, beetje wijn rood, weinig kraag, Zoete wijn, porto, wijn tak geur, lichte chocolade, donker fruit en drop. Zoete Portugese wijn, licht metaal, lichte geroosterde mout, wijn takken en wijn bladen, lichte mout onderaan, porto-achtige donker fruit, donker mout. Iets te licht, te veel gas. Apart maar komt niet helemaal te samen.

Bottle 330ml.ABV: 7.0%. Clear dark black brown colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate malt, caramel. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a average to long duration, roasted, caramel, coffee, dry, chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle @ French Oktoberfest Tasting Ulfborg, 2012. Pours dark brown with a creamy head. Vague roast, chocolate and caramel. Medium and smooth body. Dry finish.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Almost black with a lasting light brown head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and a little roasted malt. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and roasted light bitter finish. 191012
