Unfiltered blonde beer with a touch of wheat and a strong bitterness. Brewed the good old way, it is very refreshing. The only Saison beer produced in the region of Namur! The foam and bubbles are delicate and fine. Balance is the key word for this beer. It shifts between floral aromas, lime, a little broom and a lace mouth, but is robust at the same time. Refreshing as hell, this beer takes us back in time.

(Bottle) Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, with frothy white head. Fruity, floral nose with pineapple, apricots, lemon, white bread, honey and flowers (lavender?). Fruity, malty taste with notes of white bread, pineapple, peaches, lemon peel, honey, coriander, flowers, dough, candy sugar and a floral finish with fairly low bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Not the most complex saison, but tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.

Bottled 330ml (Alko web, BB 07/2019)
A bit hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma has wheat-banana, grain, wet dog... Light-bodied. Light Saison spiceyness, pale malts and banana. Very simple Saison, way too watery for its ABV.

initially the lemon/orange/citrus hits hard, then the funk finishes it off, but the mouthfeel is nice and balances the dryness and acidity. just a bit too fruity for me, but otherwise a nice beer. belgian beer factory online bottle

Draft pour at Lyon Hall, Arlington. Poured a hazy yellow color with a small white head. Aroma was light fruity notes, some grain, yeasty funk. Flavor was light herbal notes, fruity character, with some light floral hop character. Easy to drink.

Flaska från SB. Smak och doft av skumbanan, vete, jäst, grön banan, kryddiga inslag med toner av peppar och örter. Lätt kropp och sötma, örtig, torr, fin beska.

0.33l bottle. Hazy yellow body with a lasting white head. Sweet and spicy aroma with notes of honey, grape must, citruses, coriander, pepper and grassy hops. Taste is very similar to the aroma. Grapes represent the fruits here as well and the coriander, the grassy hops and the honey appears too. Orange peel and wheat is present here too. Interesting is that it's called saison, but more witbier-like for me with the coriander and orange peel. Smooth in the mouth with only a tiny bit of warming alcohol. Great beer.
