Bottle shared in Hackney - thanks to Danny. Pours unclear blood red with a frothy, light pink head. The nose has some pain thinner, ripe berries, aged wood. Light sweet flavour with mild acidity, tangy berries, mellow woody dryness. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Twangy finish, more dried berries, more wood. Not bad.

Bottle split at Bodney Heights, thanks to DD, 22/02/18. Lightly hazed cherry red with a decent crimson cap. Nose is tangy red berries, blueberry tang, spice, straw, wood must. Taste comprises tangy berry fruits, straw, jammy pips, green berry funk, grains, balsa wood. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Ok sour ... but not a huge amount of depth.
