Inspired by the wild beauty of west coast of Latvia. This malty beer with deep amber color and a warm autumn aroma is brewed with heather and wild thyme - typical vegetation of those parts, as well as a bit of Sladek hops for balance.

Tap at Borefts. Hazy pinkish golden with white head. Lemon, peach, bitter and sour red berries, flowery, grassy. I don’t get much thyme but this is quite herbal, but balanced by nice fruits. Under medium sweet, light bitter and sour. Medium bodied. Good!
