On tap at the source. Deep copper, thin white head. A decent, fairly sweet but not overwhelming amber with no distinct cinnamon notes. Light bodied, easy to drink.

From tap at Planet Oedipus 2018. Caramel malt aroma with cinnamon, but thankfully they did not go overboard on the spice. Notes of toffee and hints of dried fruits. Bit sticky sweet but fairly bitter as well. Body is medium. Pretty good for the style.

Draught @ MBCC'18 [ Red Session ]. - Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018, Øksnehallen, Halmtorvet 11, 1700 København V, Danmark.[ As Great Leap Cinnamon Rock Ale 肉桂冰糖 ].Clear medium amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, spicy, light cinnamon. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, spicy, cinnamon, caramel, sweet malt - candy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180512] 6-3-6-3-11

MBCC. Clear amber with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted and spices. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, spices, sweet and a little bitter.

Tap@MBCC 2018 Red Session, Copenhagen - hazy dark golden to amber coloured pour with white head. Sweet malty with some notes of caramel and fudge, then some distinct herbal and floral spiced action coming in, medium body, herbal led into the finish.

MBCC 2018. Red. Pedal to the Metal session. Keg. Light haze on this amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Airy dry palate, reasonable fine carbonation. Thin creamy malts, very mild cinnamon. Very mild fruits. Smooth dry finish. Clean but a bit of a shy retiring little thing.
