Bottled. A dark brown beer with a huge brown head. The aroma has notes of malt, smoke, and roasted malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, smoke, and a bit of chili, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Sampled from draft @ BAF 2017. Dark brown color. Aroma's: smoky, ashy, syrup. Retronasal it's ash, roast, sweetish. Flavor is moderate sweet. Light bodied. Low carbonation. Just light pepper heat, fortunately. Long finish, roasty, moderate bitter.

Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft @ BAF 2017. Dark brown to black. Nose is huge smoked massive chili. Taste is very thick campfire smoke, smoked chilli, lingering aftertaste, roasted malt. BBQ malt syrup. Heavy stuff. Very intense, nice, liked both versions about the same.
