Draught @ 10th. BBF 2018 [ 10th Borefts Beer Festival 2018 ] @ Brouwerij de Molen, Bodegraven, Netherlands. [ As Poch's Carquinyoli Imperial Stout (9+1 Anniversary!) ].Clear dark black - red brown colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, dark malt, cake - biscuit, sour malt, light almond - cherry (asume that is the carquinyolis) ! Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, roasted, wood - almond, roasted - chocolate, sweet dark malt, cake - biscuit, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Hides the ABV. well. [20180921] 7-3-7-4-15

Keg at Borefts2018 Friday... Dark black.. Thin tan lacing.. Soft sweet chocolate roast malts nose.. Dark dry chocolate roast.. Heavy chocolate roast malts.. Dark bitter chocolate roast

Sampled at Borefts 2018, Day 1. Opaque pitch black color, virtually no head. Smell and taste malts, dark malts, lightly dusty chocolaty, moderately bitter finish. Decent body and carbonation. Ok. 7-3-7-3-14.

Borefts 2018. Day 1. Thank you for sharing! Sampled draft. Amber brown going to black, very dark. Nose is sweet vanilla, sugar, candy, bourbon, sugar. Taste is mocha, bit powdery with vanilla, mocha, powdery chocolate, could be touch thicker but overall very good. The vanilla is the almond I take it? Tasty.

8 3 8 3 16Draft at Borefts Beer Festival ‘18. Near black with no head. Aroma of malt, caramel, overripe dark fruits, light herbal notes and chocolate. Flavour is light heavy sweet. Full bodied with soft carbonation.

Keg at borefts. Pours black, nose is chocolate, biscuity, caramel, taste is similar, quite sweet.

Tap, served with a carquinyoli. Black color with hardly any head. Aroma is leathery, tobacco, chocolate. Taste is chocolate, earthy, tobacco, light plum, a touch tartness, quite viscous. Oily mouthfeel with low carbonation. Interesting!

Sample @Borefts Beer Festival 2018, day 1 with [Zlotta/Sjogro/Maakun/Svartvit]. zwart met beige kraag, aroma van drop, laurier, geroosterde en gebrande mouten, chocolade en cacao. Borefts X. Day 1. Keg. Opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Smooth palate, semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Mellow dark malts, a little dark chocolate. Mellow dark fruits. Mild spice on the light finish. A pleasant if somewhat plain Impy.

Sampled @ Borefts Beer Festival 2018. A black beer with a small off-white ring. Aroma of dark roasted malt, coffee, some liquorice. Taste of dark mid sweet roasted malt, coffee, liquorice.
