Brewed with 2-row pale, red wheat and acidulated malt, San Franpsycho IPA pours a hazy golden straw color with a white fluffy head. The mouthfeel is creamy and smooth yet mildly effervescent with a hint of back-end tartness. This IPA is fermented with a mixed culture of yeast to create a unique and fruity estery nose, unlike any other IPA from Anchor. The brewers adds peach and apricot fruit puree during the secondary fermentation

hazy golden colour, huge, dense white head, which lasts for several minutes; aroma of piney, grapefruity, mrmalade or rather orange peel, slight peachy andbiscuity notes; perfectly balanced bittersweet taste with the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; great one!

Bottle, 0.355l. Aroma of stone fruit, melon, biscuit and flowers. Pours cloudy peachy yellow color with medium sized soapy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet biscuity and fruity, following is grassy, yeasty, medicinal and almost astringent, mouthfeel is smooth but dry, while finish is moderate bitter. Medium body, creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Psychotic peaches and some apricot bitches...

Draught at Pour Taproom, Small creamy head, hazy deep yellow color, lots of onion, some fruitiness, a hint of bread, strong shrubiness, grapefruit bitterness, noticable sweetness. A bit heavy but still nice.

Can at SFO. I’ve got a layover in San Francisco and found an Anchor beer I’ve never seen before... Anchor San Franpsycho IPA Juicy IPA with Peach & Apricot 6.3% Hazy orange with a huge beige head and a rich apricot aroma. The taste is straight up bitter West Coast IPA then some rich malt sweetness and apricot. Meh, not hazy or juicy in my book.
