500ml bottle from Gloucester Services Farmshop. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, acetic funk. Taste is sweet, apple, funky, leather, orchardy, earthy with some acetic notes and woody tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, sweet funky and tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

Sampled from 0.5 l bottle from 'Rudat', bottled in October 2017. Clear, golden with a thin, fluffy, quickly diminishing, white layer. Sweetish, sourish, quite fruity aroma of ripe apples, vinegar and some wood. Just a little sweet, moderately sour, quite dry and gently fruity taste of ripe apples, some wood and hints of vinegar, followed by a short, moderately tart, fairly dry and a little woody finish. Thin body, gently astringent and rather effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Pretty rough, almost wild, overall quite nice!

500ml bottle from Gloucester Services Farm Shop. Pours clear gold with an oaky cider barrel aroma. Taste is moderately sweet with sourness reigning the palette. Cider vinegar / balsamic finish. Really not very nice.
