Bottle from a Trinkgut near Düsseldorf. Color: Clear copper, light beige head. Aroma: Dark malt, caramel hints. Taste: Dark malt, subtle fruity hints of blueberry, raisins, light hints of roasted malt. Earthy notes. Hoppy backbone, very light bitterness. Smooth, a bit creamy mouthfeel. Dry-ish, zesty bitter finish. Just over medium body, below average carbonation. Moderate sweet, light to moderate bitter at finish. Very nice Stike Alt.

Large rocky off white head left a creamy top on a dark copper coloured body. Malt & raisin aroma. Medium bodied, smooth & foamy thinning out to a clean back. Caramel, doughy, sweet biscuit, malt & spiced tastes with a bitter hop finish. Good one.

Schlüssel Stike, Flasche von Hopfen & Malz im Wedding. - Tiefdunkles Kupferrotbraun, klar. (10.1.2022.)

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass dark brown, nice head. Starts fine malty, roasty. Earthy notes as well. Woody-dry background. Some caramel hints as well. Mild bitterness. Finish well balanced. Quite drinkable. Nice one!

Tall 0,5 l swing top bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! Clear dark red brown with a steady one finger foamy beige head in the glass. Toasted malt on the nose, some sweetness. Taste starts with roasted malt and caramel. Increasing dry malty, low fruity background. Roasted malty with hop bitterness in the aftertaste.

Many thanks to Erzengel for this bottle. A clear deep amber beer with a beige head. Aroma of caramelized malt and spice/gently metallic hops. Taste of strong caramelized malt, intense spicy bitter hops.

Pours reddish amber with a foamy white head. Aroma of caramel, cherry wood, raisin. Taste has dates, relatively sweet malt, spice and hop bitters. Palate has more raisin notes, some hop oils, vaguely spiced.

Fantastic malty nose. The beer starts malty fruity. Very deep with lots of caramelised malt. Very dry, nice bittered with a fruity bitter finish. Great.
