Draught @ Frankfurt Apfelwein Festival 2025. Pours a misty golden yellow. Lovely and cool with a soothing sulphur side.. clean and dry with a light acidity. Nice.

Draught at Frankfurt Apflewine Festival 2022. Hazy gold colour, no head and aroma of fleshy apple. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, fruity, some light acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry mellow finish. Quite drinkable

Shared @ Koelschtrinker's Tasting. Smooth dry beginning. Intense fruity, a bit sourish with a nice fresh sourish fruity ending. Sourish, a bit watery with alight body, but fruity sourish and sessionable.

Sampled from 1 l bottle. A bit hazy, straw yellow with a white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, moderately fruity aroma of green apples and hints of oak. Slightly sweet, a bit sourish, moderately fruity taste of ripe apples and traces of oak, followed by a short, moderately tart, quite dry finish. Thin body, a bit astringent and moderately effervescent mouthfeel, very soft carbonation. Okay.

Wässriger, rund säuerlich apfeliger Beginn. Moderat würzig, feine Karbonisierung. Süß-säuerlicher Mittelteil, süffig, langer Nachhall. Gar nicht mal schlecht. 9/8/9/8/9/8
